In January 2021 Philip John Westaway made a Peace and Good Behaviour complaint against Mr Rodney F Young at the Tully Courthouse claiming that between August 2020 and January 2021 Mr Young had loitered outside Philip John Westaway’s business and made threats against Philip John Westaway and his business.
This is where Philip John Westaway has completely lied to the court as Mr Young was never in Mission Beach between August 2020 and January 2021 and Philip John Westaway has effectively committed perjury that is a very serious offence where Philip John Westaway could go to jail.
This is not the only falsehood by Philip John Westaway and there is more to come about this blatant abuse of court process.

On the 1st of April 2021 Philip John Westaway was upset Mr Young was not at court with judge stating the reason why Mr Young was not in Mission Beach as claimed by Philip John Westaway between August 2020 to January 2021 as Mr Young is unwell to travel.
On the 22nd of April the matter was mentioned at the Tully Courthouse where Mr Young had petitioned the court for mediation to settle the matter, the judge endorsed the mediation to take place.
Philip John Westaway claims he has done nothing, another lie to the court.
On the 3rd of June 2021 the matter was dismissed by the judge as Philip John Westaway failed to attend court!
On the 10th of June 2021 the matter was mentioned in the Tully Courthouse with the judge stating that he had dismissed the matter in error. The judge also noted there was no evidence of any threats made in Philip John Westaway’s application and evidence.
In court Philip John Westaway made a ridiculous false claim that Mr Young threaten his horses, this is subject of a defamation case to be filed in the courts for this total lie as no threats were ever made at all about any horses 
On the 17th of June 2021 at the Tully Courthouse Philip John Westaway withdraw his complaint.
The matter is now closed!!!
